For the space, we live not just in time and matter. The dark matter and timeless space have lords that look beyond everything. They limit the power of those who think are in power. They create time to make the paradox stay in a loop and make bigger events to make people forget about the events that will be happening at the same time as the major event. Our window is limited to a point where we try to find meaning in everything we do. We justify our dreams as things that will happen or influence our current world even if is the events that are happening in other worlds. The paradox starts when you think we are alone and you have a life only when you are breathing. The Lords of space have created a safe planet for us as we have limited knowledge and power to control what may affect us from the galaxy.
